摘要
采用垂直区熔法制备了优值较高、利用率较大的直径为 2 7mm的大尺寸P和N型Bi2 Te3 Sb2 Te3 Sb2 Se3 赝三元取向晶锭。并测试了其温差电性质 。
The P-type and N-type pseudoternary oriented crystal ingots of large size of 27mm in diameter were prepared by a vertical zone-melting method.This material is very useful and its figure of merit is high.We have tested thermoelectric property of the material and analysed the effect of the preparative parameter.
