摘要
本文研究了 LnP(Ln=La,Nd,Sm,Y)在低温和高温下的温差电性质.测量了它们的温差电动势率随温度变化的关系.在不同温度区间的温差电动势率与温度的关系而求出的活化能符合较好,说明LnP 是一种 n 型半导体材料,它有较高的载流子浓度和较低的电阻率。有可能在温差电领域取得应用.
The thermoelectric property of rare earth monophosphides at twotemperaure's ranges have been studied.The relation of thermoelectric power co-efficient and temperature have been measured.The activation energy may becalculated from above relation.It is obvious that LnP exhibit n-type semicond-ucting with higher carrier concentration and lower resistivity.It may be employ-able in thermoelectric power generation devices for use at elevated temperature.
