摘要
目的 分析日本血吸虫未成熟卵糖蛋白抗原的生物学特性。方法 利用 SDS- PAGE、银染色、PAS及脂类染色对 SIEA组分进行分析 ,并根据标准分子量迁移率 Rf值 ,用半对数坐标纸绘图 ,测算各区带的分子量。结果 SIEA有 10种糖蛋白分子 ,其分子量为 10 1、97、91、87、77、74、6 6、6 2、5 6、5 0 k Da;1条 37k Da脂蛋白区带。结论 SIEA含有蛋白、糖蛋白、脂蛋白等抗原分子 。
Objective To analyze the biological characteristics of glycoprotein in S.japonicum SIEA.Methods SIEA were analyzed by SDS PAGE following silver staining, periodic acid schiff reagent (PAS) and sudan Ⅲ staining, the molecular weight was calculated according to Rf value of marker and component. Results It was demonstrated that SIEA exists 10 or more glycoproteins which molecular weight are 101,97,91,87,77,74,66,62,56,50 kDa respectively and a 37 kDa lipoprotein band. Conclusion SIEA consists of protein, glycoprotein and lipoprotein and so on, which may play an important role in immune responses of the host infected with S.japonicum.
