摘要
采用日本血吸虫来成熟卵抗原（SIEA）免疫BALB／c小鼠，制备抗SIEA单克隆抗体。获得一株强阳性、高特异的抗未成熟虫卵的单抗（2B2），免疫球蛋白为IgG1类。免疫印迹分析表明该单抗单一识到日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵抗原中的50kDa分子。免疫荧光染色表明，与雌虫子宫内虫卵呈现强阳性反应，而不与成虫抗原交叉。
A cell live 2B2 secreting specific monoclonal antibody was obtained by fusion of mye1oma cells SP2/O and spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with soluble immature egg antigen (SIEA) of Schistosorpa japonicum.Immunoglobulin isotype of 2B2 was IgG. Further chaxacterization of McAb 2B2 showed that 50 kDa molecule.in SIEA was recognized by 2B2 with Western blot assay. This molecule was only expressed in immature eggs in the uterus of female adults as demonstrated by indirect immunofluorescence test, but not crossreacted with adultworms itself of Schistosoma japonicum.
