SIEA免疫后的感染血清体外培养日本血吸虫未成熟卵鉴定抗卵胚胎发育候选分子 被引量:2

摘要 目的筛选SIEA抗卵胚胎发育的候选分子。方法小鼠再感染日本血吸虫尾蚴用SIEA免疫后49天,实验组收集该免疫血清培养日本血吸虫未成熟卵。对照组用未免疫小鼠相同天数感染的血清培养,2天后,收集虫卵,作免疫沉淀和SDS—PAGE分析。结果发现实验组仅出现54KD。结论日本血吸虫未成熟卵可溶性抗原中54KD分子可能位于未成熟卵膜或基质中,由未成熟卵所释放。 Objective The study aims on sifting the candidate molecule of anti embryonation.Methods The immature eggs were cultivaed with sera from mice immuned by Schistosome japonicum soluble immature egg (SIEA) and infected later or normal infected sera respectively.Two days later,the eggs were collected,immune preciapated,and analysed by SDS PAGE.Results 54KD was the only common band in sample from the eggs cultivated by infected sera after immunity;no band in eggs cultivated by infected sera was found.Conclusion The resluts indicated that the immunity elicited by 54KD of SIEA may play a important role in anti embryonation.
