摘要
为制备注射用丹参粉针剂，筛选出最佳处方，确定了工艺。用反相高效液相色谱法测定其主要成分丹参素的含量。粉针剂的加速稳定性试验表明，与相应处方的水针剂比较，粉针剂的稳定性更佳。
Salvia miltiorrhiza powder for injection(SMPI) was prepared.The optimum formula was selected, and the best preparation technology was established. The quantity of the main component of SMPI(DAN-SHEN-SU) wasdetermined by RP-HPLC. The accelerated test of stability of SMPI was conducted at 37℃.The result showed that SMPI was a better dosage form than thesolution for injection.
