摘要
目的 建立检查小剂量阿斯匹林肠溶片中游离水杨酸的方法。方法 以GF2 54为固定相 ,以 1 8ml冰醋酸∶37ml苯∶0 1ml甲醇∶11ml乙醚为展开剂 ,用 2 5 4nm定位 ,薄层分离检查阿斯匹林中水杨酸。结果和结论 本法能简便、准确地查出阿斯匹林中游离水杨酸。
AIM To establish the controlled method of the salicylic acid in the enteric coated tablets containing 25 mg aspirin. METHOD The salicylic acid in the enteric coated tablets containing 25 mg aspirin was determined onthin layer chromatography of GF 254 after the developing with v(acetic acid glacial)∶V (benzene)∶V(methanol)∶V(diethylether)=1 8 ml∶37 ml∶0 1 ml∶11 ml,the produced spot were located by the ultraviolet of 254 nm. RESULTS and CONCLUSION This method can simply, accurately be used for the control of the salicylic acid in the enteric coated tablets containing 25 mg aspirin.
