摘要
目的建立HPLC法检查阿司匹林中的游离水杨酸。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,水-乙腈-磷酸(300∶200∶1)为流动相,检测波长303nm。结果水杨酸的线性范围为0.25～10.08μg·ml-1(r=0.9999);阿司匹林中水杨酸的平均回收率为100.48%,RSD为0.66%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、准确,可用于检查阿司匹林中的游离水杨酸。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of free salicylic acid in aspirin by HPLC. Methods The assay was conducted on a DiamonsilTM HPLC column （C18, 150 × 4.6mm, 5μm）（DIKMA） with water- acetonitrile - Phosphoric acid（300：200： 1） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 303nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.25 - 10.08μg·ml^-1（ r = 0.999 9） for Salicylic acid.The mean recovery of salicylic acid were 100.48%（ RSD = 0.66%, n = 6） for aspirin. Conclusion The HPLC method is quick, accurate and can be used for the detemrination of free salicylic acid in aspirin.
