摘要
目的:建立HPLC法检查小剂量阿司匹林片中游离水杨酸的方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-水(23:5:5:61)为流动相;检测波长280nm。结果:水杨酸在0．1063～53．15μg/ml r=0．9999范围内呈良好线性,精密度试验:RSD=0．64％(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、可靠。可用于检查小剂量阿司匹林片中的游离水杨酸。
Objectire： To establish a HPLC method for testing free salicylic acid in small dose of aspirin tablets. Methods： The test was conducted on a DiamonsirIM C18 column （ 150 × 4.6mm, 5um ）, using actetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran -glacial HAc- H2O（23：5： 5： 61） as mobile phase and a UV detector at 280nm.Results：The linear range for the method was 0.1063- 53 .15μg·ml^-1（r= 0.9999） .The method was precise with RSD of 0.64% for within-day variation（n= 6） .Condusion： Anaccurate and rapid HPLC method for testing free salicylic acid in small dose of aspirin tablets is established.
