摘要
利用两步酸碱滴定法测定复方阿斯匹林片中乙酰水杨酸的含量,具有仪器简单、操作方便、结果准确度高等优点而被广泛采用;通过对市售几种标示量的复方阿斯匹林片的测定,及与国家药典规定相比较,结果满意。
The content of compound acetyl salicylic acid in aspirin tablets was determined,by two-step acid-base titra-tion.It is simple equipment convenient operation,high accuracy advantages of results and was widely used.The result is satisfactory by the several commercially available through the labeled amount of the determination of compound aspirin tablets,comparing with the national pharmacopoeia requirements.
