摘要
目的探讨鼻粘膜肥大细胞的颗粒性质。方法用免疫组织化学方法(APC法)对大鼠鼻粘膜内的肥大细胞进行研究。结果大鼠鼻粘膜肥大细胞内含有P物质、血管活性肠肽、神经肽Y。
In order to discuss grain character of nose mucosa mast cells. Methodology nose mucosa mast cells of rats were studied by immunhistochemistry (ABC method) The results indicated that there were SP, VIP and NPY in rat nose mucosa mast cells.
