摘要
目的 探讨血管活性肠肽 (VIP)在变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜中的表达及其意义。方法 在健康SD大鼠腹腔注射卵清蛋白和氢氧化铝混合液 ,然后鼻腔滴入 5 %卵清蛋白液 ,建立变应性鼻炎的动物模型。用免疫组化 (SABC法 )的方法检测VIP在变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜中的表达及其变化。结果 对照组大鼠鼻粘膜上皮细胞之间 ,小血管壁和腺体周围有VIP阳性神经纤维表达 ,变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜下小血管和腺体VIP阳性神经纤维密度表达比正常增加 ,VIP阳性纤维亦增粗明显。
Objective To explore the express of VIP in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis.Methods A model of allergic rhinitis in health SD rat was established by intraperitoneal injecting solution of ovalbumin and AL(OH) 3 followed by droping 5% ovalbumin solution.Expression and varition of VIP in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis was observed with immunohistochemistry technique(SABC method).Results Positive VIP terminals had located along the walls of small vessels, around the glands and between the epithelial cells of nasal mucosa in rat of control group.Positive VIP terminals density in AR models increased significantly compared with that in the control group.Positive VIP terminals became thicker also.Conclusion It indicate VIP may play an important role in pathogenesis of AR.
