摘要
目的 :为提高难溶性药物甲苯咪唑的溶解度和溶出度 ,研究一种将甲苯咪唑与载体制成固体分散体并滚成微丸后制成的新制剂。方法 :采用均匀设计对制备微丸的处方工艺进行优选。结果 :以 PEG60 0 0为载体 ,甲苯咪唑与载体按 1∶ 9(重量比 )投料并以乙酸 -乙醇 (3∶ 1,体积比 )为溶剂 ,用溶剂法制成固体分散体后再滚制成微丸。结论
OBJECTIVE:A new preparation was studied to prepare mebendazole (MBZ) pellets by spherinization of solid dispersion in order to increase the dissolution and bioavalability of MBZ which was a poorly water soluble drug.METHOD:Uniform design was used in the preparation of MBZ pellets for optimization of preparation process.RESULTS:It used PEG6000 as cairrier,acetic acid alcohol (3∶1 v/v) as solvent and the ratio of MBZ∶carrier was 1∶9 (w/w).CONCLUSION:The MBZ pellets could markedly enhance the solubility and dissolution.
