摘要
目的:对阿司匹林双嘧达莫缓释胶囊进行处方研究。方法:采用离心造粒法分别制备两种微丸。主要以收率、释放度及处方稳定性为指标进行质量评价。结果:黏合剂的种类、浓度及包衣增重对双嘧达莫缓释微丸的质量及释放有显著影响。不同辅料的性质、包衣增重对阿司匹林速释微丸的稳定性有显著影响。结论:优选出更适合产业化、稳定性更好的阿司匹林双嘧达莫缓释胶囊。
Objective： To optimize the formulation of Aspirin Dipyridamole sustained-release Capsules.Methods： Two pellets were prepared by centrifugal granulation method.The quality evaluation of the pellets was made according to the index like the yield,release and the stability of the formulation.Results： The types and concentration of the adhesive agent and coating thickness were found to have an significant influence on quality and release of Dipyridamole sustained-release Pellets.Characteristics of different excipients and coating thickness were found to have a significant influence on stability of Aspirin immediate-release Pellets.Conclusion： To select the optimum aspirin Dipyridamole sustained-release Capsules are more suitable for industrialization and better stability.
