摘要
目的:对阿司匹林双嘧达莫缓释胶囊进行处方研究。方法:采用离心造粒法分别制备两种微丸。主要以收率、释放度及处方稳定性为指标进行质量评价。结果:黏合剂的种类、浓度及包衣增重对双嘧达莫缓释微丸的质量及释放有显著影响。不同辅料的性质、包衣增重对阿司匹林速释微丸的稳定性有显著影响。结论:优选出更适合产业化、稳定性更好的阿司匹林双嘧达莫缓释胶囊。
Objective: To optimize the formulation of Aspirin Dipyridamole sustained-release Capsules.Methods: Two pellets were prepared by centrifugal granulation method.The quality evaluation of the pellets was made according to the index like the yield,release and the stability of the formulation.Results: The types and concentration of the adhesive agent and coating thickness were found to have an significant influence on quality and release of Dipyridamole sustained-release Pellets.Characteristics of different excipients and coating thickness were found to have a significant influence on stability of Aspirin immediate-release Pellets.Conclusion: To select the optimum aspirin Dipyridamole sustained-release Capsules are more suitable for industrialization and better stability.
