炭角菌深层发酵制品的抗氧化特性研究 被引量:12

摘要 用硅胶柱层析、顺相或反相 MPL C,HPLC等方法对炭角菌深层发酵制品中的抗氧化物质进行分离筛选 ,用 TL C及 HPLC测定 2 5 4 nm的吸收检验其纯度 ,并用 DPPH或 Indophenol法对各单离物的抗氧化活性进行了测定 .在中性酯溶性抽提物的 6 0 %己烷 /4 0 %乙酸乙酯和 4 0 %己烷 /6 0 %乙酸乙酯部分获得纯度较大的抗氧化物质 12个 ,在相同浓度下 ,B4 - 16 ,3- 17- 5的抗氧化活性比对照 VE还要强 ,4 - 4 - 1,4 - 4 - 3,3- 10 - 5的抗氧化活性与 VE相近 .说明炭角菌深层发酵菌粉具有较多的抗氧化成分 ,较高的抗氧化活力 . Several antioxidants were isolated from liquid fermented powder of Xylaria sp.fungus by column chromatograph, MPLC and HPLC with silica gel or ODS.Their DPPH reducing activities were determined. Results showed that neutral ester extracts were higher in yield and in antioxidative activity than acid and basic extracts. In B (60%hexane/40%ethyl acetate) and C (40%hexane/60%ethyl acetate) partition of neutral extracts, 12 antioxidants were isolated which had relatively higher purity. At the concentration of 1mg/ml, the DPPH reducing activities of B4 16 and 3 17 5 were higher than that of V E, and the antioxidative activities of 4 4 1, 4 4 3 and 3 10 5 were almost as same as that of V E. It can be concluded that many antioxidants were present with higher DPPH reducing activities in the fermentation powder of Xylaria sp.fungus.
