摘要
随着科学的发展和社会的进步,在畜牧生产上使用抗生素的弊端不断显露出来,人们迫切声要寻找一种抗生素的替代产品,在能够提高动物生产性能的同时又健康环保。微生态制剂由此应运而生。它以其安全无害、无残留、不产生耐药性的优势成为各国学者研究的热点。文章主要介绍了微生态制剂的作用机理及其在养殖业上的应用现状。
Compared to antibiotics, probiotics has much advantages, such as safe, no side-effect, no residual, no drug resistance and so on. So probiotics have been a focus of scholars study in animal raising livestock. This article will review the mechanism of action and the current application situation of probiotics in animal raising.
