丝绸拔染印花用还原剂电势的影响因素探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用PH S-3型酸度计,对丝绸拔染印花中常用还原剂:氯化亚锡,雕白粉、德古林在不同条件下的还原电势进行了测试.并通过正交试验方法对还原剂的电势变化规律进行了理论探讨;着重探讨了在不同PH值条件下氯化亚锡溶液中存在的不同平衡状态对还原电势的影响.认为还原剂的电势是一个变量,在一定范围内,不同因素对其影响的大小顺序是PH>温度>浓度. The reduction potential has been measured with PH-S-3 acidimcter for usual rcductants including stannous chloride, Rongalitc and Dccroline in various technological conditions of discharge printing of silk fabrics. It was discussed in theory that the various equilibriums of stannous chloride affect on reduction potentials under the different PH val- ue solution with the experiment of orthogonal design. Reduction Potential measurement indicates that the potential of reductant is variable, and emphasis of the factors effect on reduction potential is in the order, PH value > temperature > concentration of the re- ducing solution in the certain range. Thus this paper can serve as theoretical basis in laying down the technology of discharge printingy for silk fabrics.
