摘要
用雕白粉和拔染剂JN对靛蓝棉布进行拔白及色拔试验。拔白浆可用拔染剂JN 0 .5 g ,酒石酸0 .2 5 g ,甘油 0 .3g ,合成龙胶或阿拉伯树胶 2 .5 g及适量水 ,印花后汽蒸 8～ 10min。此条件下可供色拔的直接染料 4种 ,在 60℃皂洗牢度都≥ 3级。还原染料色拔要用雕白粉浆 ,选用的 4种还原染料色拔后 ,在 95℃皂洗牢度都≥ 3级。
A series of white and color discharge printing were carried out on indigo cotton fabric by using rongalite and discharge agent JN. The thickening agent includes discharge agent JN 0.5g, tartaric acid 0.25g, glycerol 0.3g, synthetic gum tragacanth or Arabic gum 2.5g and ion-free water. The fabrics should be steamed 8～10 minutes after printing. The color fastness to soaping reaches grade 3 or more when soaping under 60℃. Rongalite thickener has to be used during color discharge printing with vat dyes. The color fastness to soaping reaches grade 3 or more when soaping under 95℃.
