摘要
本文研究了涂料染色与树脂整理同浴进行时,影响织物表面颜色深度(以K/S值表示)的各种因素。发现试样的K/S值与涂料浓度、粘合剂浓度、树脂浓度、海藻酸钠浓度、浸轧液温度及焙烘温度有关。
This paper discusses the factors influencing the colour strength (expressed as K/S value)
of the fabric surface when pigmnet dyeing and resin finishing take place in the same bath. It
is found that the K/S value of the sample is dependent on the concentrations of pigment,
binder, resin and sodium alginate, and on the temperature of padding liquor and baking
process as well
