摘要
选用海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠、尿素等作为前处理剂,对棉织物进行喷墨印花前处理,通过试验,比较印花效果指标,如防渗化性能、K/S值、固色率等,找出了棉织物喷墨印花处理的最佳工艺条件为:海藻酸钠1%,碳酸氢钠2%,尿素1.5%。
Denim is to be pre-treamted with Sodium alginate, -NaHCO3 and Urea before ink-jet printing. By comparing the index of printing effect, such as capability of antibleeding, K/S value and fixation ratio, an optimal pretreatment of ink-jet printing for denim is given： Sodium alginate 1%, NaHCO3 2 %, Urea 1.5 %.
