摘要
塑料是汽车内饰件制造的主要材料之一,而注塑模具设计工作对注塑零件的成型质量和尺寸精度有着重要影响。在简述了国内外计算机辅助技术在模具设计领域应用现状的基础上,提出了基于知识定向化、参数化、模块化和基于特征元素设计的CAD/CAE模具设计系统,该系统服务于塑料零件的注塑成型过程和模具设计过程,为基于数值分析技术的注塑产品分析仿真系统的开发提供了新的方向和可能性。
Plastic was one of the main materials for the design work of injection molds had an important impact on manufacture of automotive interior parts,and the the molding quality and dimensional accuracy of injection molded parts.Based on the introduction of the application status of computer-aided technology in the field of mold design,the CAD/CAE plastic injection molding integration system which based on the knowledge orientation,parameterization,modularization and feature olement design was proposed.This system served the injection molding process and mold design process of plastic parts,and provided a new direction and possibility for the development of injection molding product analysis and simulation based on numerical analysis technology.
