摘要
以参数化虚拟样机技术为基础,通过对SolidWorks/SolidWorks Motion和ADAMS软件的二次开发与集成,建立了XH7650数控机床的全参数化虚拟样机模型。该模型可重用性强,可以快速完成该系列机床不同结构尺寸和运动条件下的运动学、动力学等性能的仿真,从而为该系列机床的综合性能分析与多学科设计优化提供了良好的研究平台。
Based on the technology of parameterized virtual prototyping,the fully parameterized virtual prototype of XH7650 NC machine tool was established through the secondary development and integration of SolidWorks/SolidWorks Motion and ADAMS. The prototype had strong reusability and can quickly complete the simulation of kinematics and dynamics under different structural sizes and movement conditions toward this series of NC machine tools. Therefore,a good research platform was provided for the comprehensive performance analysis and multi-disciplinary design optimization of the NC machine tool.
