摘要
对长白山区桔梗和沙参中的粗纤维、还原糖及蛋白质进行了测定 ,实验结果表明 :桔梗和沙参中的粗纤维、还原糖的含量较为接近 ,分别为 5 .1 6 %、5 .0 6 %和 1 .94%、1 .82 %;而蛋白质的含量相差较大 ,分别为 6 .86 %和 8.3 8%.
The crude fiber, reducing sugar, protein in platycodon grandiflorum and condonopsis lanceolata on Changbai Moutain was determined. The content of platycodon grandiforum (5.16%, 1.94%) condonopsis lanceolata (5.06%,1.82%) is approach, but the protein is less obvious (6.86%,8.38%).
