摘要
[目的]研究长白山区野生蹄叶橐吾和种植蹄叶橐吾及其嫩茎中维生素和多种微量元素的含量。[方法]采用高效液相法和电感耦合等离子质谱法测定维生素和多种微量元素的含量。[结果]野生蹄叶橐吾叶中VB1、VB2、VC、VPP、VE和叶酸及胡萝卜素的含量高于种植的,叶中又高于茎中的;野生蹄叶橐吾的叶和嫩茎中微量元素总量明显高于种植的元素的。[结论]野生和种植蹄叶橐吾在食品工业与医药领域有潜在的开发利用价值。
[Objective]To study the contents of trace elements and vitamins in wild and cultural Ligularia fischeri and its tender stem at Changbai mountain region.[Methods]ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of trace elements.HPLC was used to analyze vitamin B,vitamin C,vitamin E,vitamin pp,folacin and carotene.[Results]The contents of vitamins,folacin and carotene in the leaf of wild Ligularia fischeri were higher than those of cultural ones.The contents in the leaf were also higher than those in the tender stem.The total content of trace elements in wild Ligularia fischeri was higher than the cultural ones.[Conclusions]The wild and cultural Ligularia fischeri are of potential exploitation and utilization value in fields of food industry and medicine production.
