摘要
目的 :测定二味康中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 :采用双波长薄层层析扫描法。结果 :黄芪甲苷的点样量为0 .5～ 4.0 μg·μL 1,与吸收度积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 10 0 .7% ,RSD 2 .9%。结论 :该方法可靠、数据准确、操作简便。
Objective:To determine the content of astragaloside A in Erwei Kang Mixture. Method:Dual wavelength thin layer chromatography scanning methods were used. Results:A good linear relationship was found between the aliquot amounts of astragaloside kept within a range of 0.5～4 mg·mL 1 and the absorption integration values. The average rate of recovery was 100.7%, the RSD being 2.9%. Conclusion:the method is reliable, accurate and easy to operate.
