摘要
探讨二味康口服液的抗癌作用。方法：用Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌小鼠模型，观察二味康抗癌作用。结果：二味康口服液预防和治疗给药均能延长Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌小鼠平均生存时间；对小鼠Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌瘤重增长及自发肺转移有明显抑制作用。结论：二味康口服液有明显的抗癌作用，与环磷酰胺合用作用可见增强。
OBJECTIVE:To study the antitumor activity of Er Wei Kang oral solution(EWK).METHODS:Antitumor activity of EWK on mice bearing lewis lung cancer(LLC) was observed.RESULTS:EWK could prolong the survival time of the mice bearing LLC,inhibit the growth of tumor and spontaneous metastasis of Lewis Lung cancer.CONCLUSIONS:EWK has a positve antitumor activity in mice bearing LLC.The activity was increased when(
