摘要
本文介绍了贝母中生物硷──西贝素的薄层分离定性及薄层分离光密度扫描定量方法，优化了实验条件，线性范围为０．２５～２．０５μｇ，回收率为９７．６２％，ｎ＝３，方法简便、快速，灵敏度高。
The qualitation and quantitative analysis of verticine in fritillary by TLC-densitometry was reported. The experimental conditions was explored. A linear relation is obtained in the range of 0.25～2.02μg; Recovery was 97.62% (n = 3. RSD = 2.0%).The results indication that the method was simplicity.rapid and accurate.
