摘要
本文以乙酸异戊酯—无水乙醇—甲酸(7:1:2)作展开剂,用双波长薄层扫描法测定了三种不同来源以及同种来源而产地不同黄柏药材中小檗碱及巴马汀含量,并评价黄柏质量。
The genus Phellodendron Rupr. includes 2 species and I variety in China. The bark of them is one of the most popular Chinese traditional drugs used as an agent to clear away heat and eliminate wetness ever since the ancient times. It has been reported that berberine and palmatine are among the main effective constituents in the cortex phellodendri. In this paper, they were seperated with a solvent system isopentyl acetate - ethyl alcohol absolute - formic acid (7: 1: 2 ) on silica gel G plate and scanned at λs = 350nm, λ_R = 390nm by reflection mode, linear scanning, CH=1, SX=3. The contents of the two alkaloids in 18 samples of different species, distributed in different localities,were tabulated. The results showed that the content of berberine of Chuan Huang Bo (The barks of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. and P. chinense var. glabriusculum Schneid.) is much higher than that of Cuang Huang Bo (The bark of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.). But the content of palmatine is on the contrary.
