摘要
建立了奥硝唑注射液的 HPL C测定法。采用 L ichrospher- C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (30∶ 70 )为流动相 ,检测波长318nm。方法平均回收率为 99.43%,RSD为 0 .5 1%。方法简便快速 ,结果准确。
A HPLC method for the determination of ornidazole injection was established. Lichro- spher- C18column was used with the mobile phase of methanol- water(3 0∶ 70 ) at the detection wavelength of 3 1 8nm. The average recovery was 99.43 %,with RSD of 0 .5 1 %.
