摘要
本文报道了用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定中西药复方乳剂中甲硝唑含量的方法，以外标峰面积定量，在进样量为１．１４～４．５６μｇ范围内有较好的线性，标准曲线方程为：ｙ＝１９１８８．８８ｘ－９９６．７０，ｒ＝０．９９９９，并对萃取方法进行了探讨。
A rapid method for the separation and determination of metronidazole in chinese herbs cream by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was reported. An YWG-C18(10μ) column (4. 6mm×250mm) with CH_3OH-H_2O-0. 05mol/L NaH_2PO_4-0. 05mol/L KH2PO4(22.5∶67.5∶5∶5.V/V) as the mobile phase and detected at 254nm. Good linearity wasobtained in the range of 1.14￣4.56μg with regressive equation of the calibration curve∶y=19188. 88x-996. 70 r=0. 9999
