摘要
利用水包油乳液聚合法制备包裹了萘硼酸(NBA)的聚合物颗粒。此聚合物颗粒可用于奥硝唑的测定,其耐光漂白性,抗干扰性与游离萘硼酸相比,均有一定程度的提高。当聚合物颗粒的浓度固定为0.2mg/mL时,其对奥硝唑的线性响应范围为0.8~80/μmol/L,检测下限为0.5μmol/L。
A kind of polymer particles encapsulated naphthaleneboronic acid (NBA) was prepared via an oilin-water emulsion polymerization process. The resulting polymer particles were used to determine ornidazole, their capacities to resist photobleaching and interferences were improved as compared to those of free naphthaleneboronic acid. When the concentration of the polymer particles was fixed at 0. 2 mg/mL, it showed a linear response toward ornidazole in the range of 0.8μmol/L to 80/μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.5μmol/L.
