摘要
金属蛋白酶分布广泛 ,性质特异。对微生物金属蛋白酶的研究具有很大的现实意义。本文着重综述了金属蛋白酶的特点和分布 ,微生物金属蛋白酶的结构、来源。
Metalloproteinases occur ubiquitously in a wide diversity of sources and have many distinctive characters.It's valuable to study on the metallproteinases from microorganisms.The research status of the structure,characteristics,sourses and the applications of the microbial metalloproteinases is reviewed. ;
