摘要
论述了小麦的化学成分、营养价值、非淀粉多糖的种类与含量及其对饲料营养价值与动物生产性能的影响 ,综述了小麦在肉鸡。
The chemical composition, nutritional value ,variety and contents of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) of wheat as well as its effects on the nutritional value of feed and the growth performance of animals were discussed. The latest research progress in appling wheat in broiler and layer feeds was expounded.
