摘要
研究了不同激素种类与含量及复配处理对F1代草花苗开花及植株高度的影响。结果表明:较低含量的激素(IBA50、100μg·g-1、NAA50、100μg·g-1)和复配处理(IBA50μg·g-1+NAA150μg·g-1)可明显提前F1代草花苗的花期(2~4d),不同激素种类与含量对花序数和花朵数无明显影响,对花序长或花朵直径无明显的增加效果。不同激素种类与含量处理下的植株高度出现明显增长的现象,但并不影响F1代草花苗的商品价值。
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of different hormones with various concentrations and their combinations on flowering-time and height of F1 annual flower seedlings. Result indicated that treatments of IAA 50 or 100 μg·g^-1 and NAA 50 or 100 μg·g^-1as well as IAA 50 μg·g^-1 + NAA 100μg·g^-1 with low concentrations had obvious effects on the flowering-time of F, annual flower seedlings. No obvious effects were found between different hormones with various concentrations in the magnitude of inflorescence or flower and the inflorescence length or the flower diameter, while obvious increases were observed in plant heist, which have no influence on the commodity value of F1 annual flowers.
