小麦使用比例对青年蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及日粮粗蛋白表观代谢率的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Ratio of Dietary Wheat on Production Performance,Immune Function and Crude Protein Apparent Metabolic Rate in Growing Layers

摘要 试验以12~17周龄海兰褐青年蛋鸡为试验对象,研究了不同小麦使用比例对青年蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能及日粮粗蛋白表观代谢率的影响。试验分为4个处理,其中对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其余组分别饲喂小麦使用比例为20%、45%和70%的日粮,试验期6周。结果显示:与对照组相比,不同小麦使用比例未对青年蛋鸡试验末重、日增重、日耗料量及料重比等生产性能,新城疫、禽流感抗体水平及外周血液T淋巴细胞转化率,日粮粗蛋白表观代谢率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。上述结果表明在本试验条件下青年蛋鸡日粮小麦最高使用比例可达到70%。 This trial was conducted to study the effects of different ratios of dietary wheat on production performance, immune functions and crude protein apparent metabolic rate in growing Hy-line brown layers of 12 to 17 weeks of age. The layers were randomly arranged into 4 groups, the control group was fed with corn-soybean basal diet, and the other 3 groups were fed with wheat-soybean basal diets with the ratios of wheat were 20%, 45% and 70%, respectively. The results showed that compared with the control group, the ratios of wheat in diets had no significant effects on the final body weight, daily gain, daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio, antibody levels of NewcastleDisease and avian influenza, T lymphocyte transformation rates, crude protein apparent metabolic rate of layers (P〉0.05). The results indicated that the ratio of wheat could reach to 70% in diet of growing layers of 12 to 17 weeks of age.
