摘要
采用结扎麻醉犬左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察复方丹参注射液对急性心肌缺血的作用。实验结果表明 ,复方丹参注射液能减少血清中CK、LDH、MDA释放 ,增强SOD活性 ,与模型组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;并能缩小心肌梗死范围 (P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ,减慢因缺血所致的心率加快 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示复方丹参注射液对冠状动脉结扎所致犬心肌缺血有明显的改善作用。
The effect of Compound Danshen injection (CDI) on anesthetized dog models of myocardial ischemia was investigated. The dog models were established by ligation of main branch of left coronary artery. The results showed that CDI reduced the release of serum CK,LDH and MDA and increased the activity of SOD, decreased the scope of myocardial infarction and slowed down the quickened heart beat induced by ischemia. The differences were significant as compared with those in the model group (P< 0.05 or 0.01). It is indicated that CDI can relieve the myocardial ischemia in anesthetized dogs.
