摘要
目的 :观察心通口服液对犬心肌缺血及心肌梗塞的影响。方法 :采用冠脉结扎法造成急性心肌缺血模型。结果 :心通口服液可起到明显改善犬急性心肌缺血的作用 ,减轻由心外膜电图所标测的心缺血程度 (∑ -ST ) ,明显减小通过 N -BT染色所显示的梗塞区。结论 :心通口服液能明显改善心肌缺血及缩小心肌梗塞范围 。
Objective: To study the effect of Xintong oral liquid on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in dogs. Methods: Dog model with acute myocardial ischemia was established by the ligation of coronary arteries. Results: The results showed that Xintong oral liquid can significantly improve acute myocardial ischemia in dogs, decrease the extent of myocardial ischemia (∑-ST) assignment tested by epicardial electrocardiogram and obviously reduce the infarction area displayed by N-BT staining. Conclusion: Xintong oral liquid can significantly improve myocardial ischemia and reduce the myocardial infarction area. It possessed protective effect on myocardium.
