摘要
以粗毛淫羊藿为材料,利用LI-6400型便捷式光合作用测定系统,研究其光合速率的变化及其环境影响因素。结果表明,淫羊藿净光合速率为2.1~2.55μmolCO2/(m^2·s),净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的日变化均呈单峰曲线,净光合速率的峰值出现在10:00时,整体上淫羊藿上午的光合速率高于下午的光合速率。蒸腾速率的峰值出现在12:00。相关性分析表明,粗毛淫羊藿叶片净光合速率与气孔导度、相对湿度呈显著正相关,与温度呈极显著负相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈负相关,但不显著。
The diurnal change of photosynthetic rate of Epimedium acuminatum franch and its environmental affecting factors were studied by using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that its net photosynthetic rate (NPR) was 2. 1 ~ 2. 55 μmol CO2/(m^2 · s), the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate all showed a single peak curve pattern, the peak of NPR and transpiration rate appeared at 10:00 am and 12:00 am respectively and NPR in the morning was higher than in the afternoon as a whole. There was a significant positive correlation between NPR and stomatal conductance and between NPR and relative humidity. There was a significant negative correlation between NPR and temperature and a negative correlation between NPR and intercellular CO2 concentration.
