摘要
目的:研究薯蓣呋甾皂苷对犬实验性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:结扎麻醉犬冠状动脉左前降支以造成急性心肌缺血模型,经十二指肠给予不同剂量的薯蓣呋甾皂苷(分别为0.1 g/kg、0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg),观察给药前后各时间段心肌缺血程度、血清肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果:薯蓣呋甾皂苷能明显改善麻醉犬急性心肌缺血的缺血症状和缺血程度,能明显抑制犬结扎后血清CK值和LDH值的升高(P<0.05)。结论:薯蓣呋甾皂苷具有明显改善犬急性心肌缺血的作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Furostanol Saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis on myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods: The dog model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD). The animals were given different doses of Furostanol Saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis(O.1 g/kg, 0.2 g/kg, 0.4 g/kg) by duodenum. The scope and extent of myocardial ischemia and the activities of CK and LDH were observed before and after administration. Results: Furostanol Saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis can decrease the scope and extent of myocardial ischemia.The level of serum CK and LDH were significantly increased with the ligature time going, while Furostanol Saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis can significantly inhibit the elevated o f CK and LDH (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Furostanol Saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis can significantly improve myocardial ischemia.
