摘要
项目是知识经济的伴侣,项目管理是一个创新知识产生、转化的过程。对项目中的创新知识进行有效管理,有利于企业总结经验教训,促进企业知识积累,提高项目开发的成功率。本文在对项目知识进行分析的基础上,对知识的产生、获取、积累和扩散等一系列关键问题进行了探讨,并研究开发了一个基于项目管理工具、面向案例和过程的知识管理子系统。
Project is the partner of knowledge economy, and project management is a way to create knowledge and transform knowledge to productivity. The effective management of knowledge can help enterprises to get experience, accumulate knowledge, and improve the project development. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the project management and knowledge economy, the knowledge producing, acquiring, accumulating and using of project management is discussed in the paper, a knowledge management subsystem of project management is presented.
