摘要
本文首先总结了企业技术创新过程理论的发展现状，依据基于知识库的管理上的现代知识型企业和后进国家实施技术跨越的现实，对传统链式模型进行了分析。提出了技术创新过程的整体观模型，并结合彩电行业的案例分析，指出了其理论和现实意义。
This Paper firstly, concludes the forgone research on firm's technological process. Secondly, it discusses the knowledge management characteristics of modern knowledge-based firms and the realities of developing countries in technological frog-leap process. Based on the famous Chain-linked model, it gives an improved technological innovation process model named as integrative model. Thirdly, it puts out the theoretical and practical meanings of the new model by the case study on Chinese Color TV industry.
