摘要
从系统工程角度探讨了知识经济中的知识管理问题，试图建立一个知识系统管理的研究框架，提出以知识系统管理的体系结构为起点建立相应的各类体系结构．从知识管理的目的、要求、内容及信息技术支持等方面进行讨论．提出建立知识系统工程、研究企业知识基础设施和知识融合等问题．
This paper suggests the investigation of the knowledge systems management from theview point of systems engineering. The special features of knowledge as resources and capital,the issues of knowledge management are discussed. The concept of knowledge systemarchitecture is introduced and a framework of the architectures is put forward. Methods and toolsof information technology support of knowledge management are listed.
