摘要
目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及其与膀胱癌移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法及图象分析技术检测54例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中bFGF的表达,并进行分组比较。结果 bFGF的表达在不同的病理分级、临床分期及有否复发组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 bFGF的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌发生发展密切相关,其主要由TCC肿瘤组织分泌,这为临床更好地诊断和治疗膀胱肿瘤提供了新的方向和理论依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of basic fiborblast growth factor (bFGF) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) and its relationship with biological behavior of TCC. Method The expression of bFGF was examined in 54 rases with TCC by immunohistochemical method and image pattern analysis. Result bFGF expression was significantly related to tumour grade, clinical stage and recurrence (P < 0.05). Conclusion bFGF expression is closely involved in development and growth of TCC and it is secreted from tumor itself. It also provides a new theory to diagnose and treat TCC .
