摘要
目的:为了探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及其与血管形成定量的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,对62例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中bFGF进行检测,并对浸润性膀胱癌组织中微血管进行定量研究.结果:膀胱癌中bFGF阳性表达率为46.8%,与病理分级、临床分期、复发及预后有关(P<0.05);与浸润性癌组织中微血管定量呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:fFGF表达对膀胱癌生物学行为有重要影响,bFGF是膀胱癌血管形成过程中一个主要血管生成因子,bFGF表达和血管形成的定量有可能成为预测膀胱癌复发、转移和预后的重要指标.
Objective:To investigate expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in primary transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder and determine its relationship with the quantification of angiogenesis. Methods: 62 cases of the TCC was assayed using immunohistochemical technique. The relationship between the expression of bFGF in invasive neoplastic tissues and microvessel quantification was also investigated. Results:The positive rates of expression of bFGF in neoplastic tissues was 46.8% . The bFGF ex-pression had positive relationship with tumor grade, stage, high recurrence and shorter survival (P<0.05). Expression of bFGF in invasive TCC was correlated with the microvessel quantification (P<0.05). Conclusion;Expression of bFGF has important influence on the biological behavior of bladder carcinoma, bFGF is a major angiogenic growth factor, the bFGF expression and quantification of angiogenesis might serve as indicators to the metastasis and prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
