摘要
目的 :观察参麦注射液(简称参麦)对内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法 :采用MTT法 ,检测参麦对牛主动脉内皮细胞、牛主动脉平滑肌细胞、人胃腺癌细胞系SGC—7901细胞及人肝癌细胞系SMMC—7721细胞增殖的影响 ,并检测参麦对肿瘤条件培养液促进的牛内皮细胞增殖的影响。结果 :参麦能明显抑制牛血清促进的牛内皮细胞增殖 ,同牛平滑肌细胞和肿瘤细胞相比 ,具有显著差异 ;对肿瘤条件培养液诱导的牛内皮细胞增殖抑制显著 ,在实验浓度范围(40ul/ml～180ul/ml)内 ,其抑制作用呈明显量效关系。结论 :参麦能特异性抑制内皮细胞增殖 。
Objective:To study the effect of Shenmai injection on endothelial cell proliferation.Methods:Proliferation of bovine aortic endothelial cells(BAECs),bovine aortic smooth muscle cells(BASMCs)of human gastric galand cancerous cell line SGC-7901 and cells of human liver cancerous cell line SMMC-7721 were measured by MTT colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of Shenmai;the effects of Shenmai on proliferation of BAECs induced by conditioned medium of tumour were also measured by the same method.Results:Proliferation of BAECs was significantly inhibited by Shenmai contrast to cancer cells.Shenmai also inhibited proliferation of BAECs indúced by conditioned medium of tumour.Shenmai injection at a concentration between 40ul/ml and 180ul/ml inhibited the proliferation of BAECs in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:Shenmai injection can specifically inhibit proliferation of bovine aortic endothelial cells.It's suggested that Shenmai can probably inhibit angiogenesis.
