摘要
吗特灵注射液（ＭＴＬ）主要含苦参碱（ｍａｔｒｉｎｅ）和氧化苦参碱（ｏｘｙｍａｔｒｉｎｅ）．本文采用显微分光光度法和细胞有丝分裂完全阻断法研究了ＭＴＬ对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０细胞周期动力学的影响。实验表明ＭＴＬ可抑制细胞进入Ｓ期，从而使细胞在Ｇ１期堆积，又可促进Ｇ２期细胞进入Ｍ期，提示本药应与周期非特异性药物合用。
Ma-Te-Ling injection(MTL)mainly
contains matrine and oxymatrine. Inthis paper,effects of MTL on the
cytokinetics of murine sarcoma 180 cells were studied by meansof
microspectrophotometry and stathmokinetic method. Experiments showed
that cells wereretarded to enter into S phase, accumulated in G1
phase and enhanced to enter into M phase frcmG2 phase. It was
suggested that MTL should be used with phase nonspecific agents.
