以国内外桃胚培养和子叶再生研究的相关文献为基础,综述了桃胚培养和子叶再生的研究进展,分析并讨论了影响桃胚培养和子叶再生的相关因子,并总结了桃胚培养和子叶再生的最佳培养条件。
The research progress in the embryo culture and cotyledon regeneration of peach in the world was summarized.We also analyzed and discussed the effects of different factors on the embryo culture and cotyledon regeneration of peach,and summed up the best culture conditions for the embryo culture and cotyledon regeneration of peach.
