摘要
报道了头孢菌素类药物的间接原子吸收分析方法 :在碱性介质中加热 ,使头孢菌素类发生水解 ,其水解产物与酒石酸铜定量反应生成沉淀 ,利用原子吸收法测定沉淀中铜的量来间接确定头孢唑啉、头孢氨苄、头孢拉定的量 ;头孢氨苄和头孢拉定的线性范围为 3 6 .5～ 1 83 μg/m L,3 5～ 1 75μg/m L,头孢唑啉为 1 9～ 95 μg/m L,RSD<2 %,回收率为 99%～ 1 0 2 %。本法快速、灵敏、准确 ,已成功地用于药物中头孢菌素类的测定。
A rapid,sensitive,accurate method for determining cephalosporins is reported. In alkaline medium, cephalosporins can be hydrolyzed by heating and generate sulphite, the content of Cu in precipitate formed sulphite with Cu 2+ can be determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear rang is 36.5～183 μg/mL,35～175 μg/mL,19～95 μg/mL of cephazoline,cephalexin and cephracline,respecitvely. The recovery is 99%～102%, RSD<2%. The method is successfully applied to the determination of cephalosporins.
