摘要
我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制 ,国企改革又是经济体制改革的重点和难点。要搞好国企改革 ,重要的一条是把企业经营者的积极性、主动性、创造性充分调动起来 ,使国企经营者的行为与国家所有者的目标相一致。本文对建立健全国企经营者激励———约束机制的问题进行了探讨。
The aim of economic systems reform in our nation is to build the eonomic system of socialisms market,and state-owneds enterprise reform is focal point and difficult print.To make a goal job of state-owneds enterprise reform,it is important to fully arouse the enterprises manager zeal,ones own accord and creativeness,and for making the behavior of the enterprises manager accord with the aim of the state-owner.The paper has studied the encouraging and restrainable mechanism of state-owneds manager.
