摘要
国有企业作为国有资产的重要组成部分,在关系国民经济命脉的重要行业和关键领域占支配地位,其绩效直接决定着国有资产的使用效率和效果。本文在分析影响国有企业绩效水平因素的基础上,根据影响程度的不同,从相关因素和主要因素两方面进行了论述,并以珠海市国有企业为例,对如何提高国有企业绩效水平提出了相应的对策和建议。
State-owned enterprise as an important component of the state-owned assets occupies the control status which is relating the national economy life and the essential domain.Its performance effects directly on the using efficiency and affection of stateowned assets.Through analyzing the impact of the factors of performance level of state-owned enterprises,and according to the different influence degree,from analyzing and discussing the relevant factors and the main factors,and taking Zhuhai City state-owned enterprises as example,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Improving the level of performance of state-owned enterprises.
